A sweet, tangy, and fizzy Halloween punch that comes together in just 10 minutes. This nostalgic recipe uses simple ingredients to create a deep purple, crowd-pleasing drink perfect for parties and classroom treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/2 cup blueberry juice (or 1/4 cup blueberry juice concentrate)
  • 1/4 cup grape juice (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or blackberries
  • Ice ring or large ice cubes
  • Gummy worms or gummy eyeballs (optional)
  • Dry ice (for adults only, optional)
  • Edible glitter or luster dust (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the ice ring (do this first, ideally the night before): Fill your bundt pan or ring mold halfway with water. Arrange a handful of frozen raspberries, blackberries, and a few gummy worms in the water. Freeze for 2 hours, then add more water to fill the mold and freeze overnight.
  2. Mix the juice base: In your punch bowl or large pitcher, combine the thawed lemonade concentrate, 4 cups cold water, and 2 cups pineapple juice. Stir until the concentrate is fully dissolved.
  3. Add the purple magic: Pour in the blueberry juice and grape juice (if using). Stir gently until the color is uniform.
  4. Chill the base: Cover the bowl or pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Add the fizz (right before serving): Remove the base from the fridge. Slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Add the ice ring: Carefully unmold your ice ring by running warm water over the outside of the bundt pan for about 30 seconds. Gently slide the ring into the punch bowl.
  7. Add floating garnishes: Drop in extra frozen berries, gummy worms, or gummy eyeballs.
  8. Serve immediately: Ladle the punch into cups, making sure each serving gets a few berries and maybe a gummy worm.

Notes

For a deeper purple color, use blueberry juice as the main colorant. Add ginger ale right before serving to keep the fizz. For an adult version, replace ginger ale with club soda and add 1 cup vodka or white rum. To keep punch cold without diluting, freeze some of the punch base (without ginger ale) in the ice ring mold.
