  • 1 cup (240 ml) Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla-flavored

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches by blanching them in boiling water for 30 seconds, then plunge into ice water to peel easily. Dice into ½ inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, gently fold 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 cup of whipped cream using a spatula to keep the mixture fluffy.
  3. Fold the diced peaches into the yogurt-whipped cream blend, stirring just enough to distribute evenly without overmixing.
  4. Spoon the mixture into freezer-safe serving cups or ramekins, filling about ¾ full.
  5. Freeze the cups for at least 3 hours or until firm. Cover loosely with plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn.
  6. Before serving, let the cups sit at room temperature for 5-7 minutes to soften slightly for easy scooping.
