A quick and easy homemade version of the famous Starbucks Pink Drink, combining frozen strawberries, coconut milk, vanilla almond milk, and brewed tea for a creamy, refreshing beverage.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries, unsweetened
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) brewed hibiscus tea or berry-flavored cold brew
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) simple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 cup (240ml) ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brewed tea or cold brew: steep two hibiscus tea bags in 1/2 cup (120ml) hot water for 5 minutes, then chill in the fridge. If using berry-flavored cold brew, keep it ready and cold.
  2. Combine 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup brewed tea or cold brew, 2 tablespoons simple syrup or agave nectar, and 1 teaspoon lime juice in a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy with no large chunks.
  4. Add 1 cup ice cubes and pulse blend 3-4 times to crush the ice while keeping the drink chilled and thick.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired, blending again briefly if needed.
  6. Serve immediately in a large glass or mason jar, optionally garnished with a fresh strawberry or mint sprig.

Notes

Use frozen strawberries for a thicker texture and natural chill without watering down the drink. Adjust sweetness to taste and add lime juice for brightness. Prepare tea or cold brew ahead to save time. Chill glass before serving for extra refreshment. Avoid too much ice to prevent dilution.
