This easy chicken Caesar wrap comes together in under 10 minutes with simple ingredients like rotisserie chicken, romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing. It’s the perfect quick lunch that’s both satisfying and delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10-inch) flour tortilla
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons, slightly crushed
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Chop romaine into thin ribbons. Shred or dice cooked chicken.
  2. Make the dressing mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and black pepper. Whisk with a fork and adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Assemble the filling: Add shredded chicken and chopped romaine to the bowl with dressing. Toss gently until everything is coated. Add crushed croutons and half the Parmesan cheese, toss again.
  4. Warm the tortilla: Place flour tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15 seconds per side until warm and pliable.
  5. Fill and roll: Lay warm tortilla flat. Spoon filling down the center, leaving 2 inches of space at top and bottom. Fold bottom up over filling, fold in sides, then tightly roll away from you, tucking filling in as you go. Place seam-side down.
  6. Slice and serve: Use a sharp serrated knife to slice the wrap in half on a diagonal. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top and serve immediately.

Notes

For meal prep, spread a thin layer of dressing on the tortilla before adding filling to prevent sogginess. Use a serrated knife to cut the wrap cleanly. These wraps taste even better the next day as flavors meld.
