An effortless and colorful sparkling mimosa bar setup using just five simple ingredients, perfect for stress-free entertaining and customizable for all guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine or Champagne (dry Prosecco recommended)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) fresh orange juice, freshly squeezed or high-quality store-bought
  • 1 cup (240 ml) peach nectar or puree
  • 1 cup (240 ml) club soda or sparkling water
  • Fresh fruit garnishes: slices of oranges, strawberries, and fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Chill the sparkling wine, orange juice, peach nectar, and club soda in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Wash and slice oranges into thin rounds, hull and halve strawberries, and pick fresh mint leaves. Arrange on a small plate or bowl.
  3. Set up the mimosa bar by placing pitchers on a serving tray or table: one with sparkling wine, one with a mix of orange juice and peach nectar, and one with club soda.
  4. Place glassware nearby along with cocktail stirrers or spoons, napkins, and tongs or forks for the fruit garnishes.
  5. Invite guests to customize their drinks by starting with sparkling wine, adding juice mix and a splash of club soda, and garnishing with fresh fruit and mint.
  6. Pour sparkling wine slowly at an angle to reduce foam and encourage guests to experiment with ratios for preferred flavor.

Notes

Chill all ingredients well to maintain fizz. Pour sparkling wine slowly at an angle to reduce foam. Prepare fruit garnishes ahead of time to avoid last-minute hassle. Guests mixing their own drinks preserves bubbles better than pre-mixing. For non-alcoholic versions, substitute sparkling wine with sparkling white grape juice or non-alcoholic sparkling cider.
