Instructions

  1. Pop 12 cups of popcorn using your preferred method. Spread on a baking sheet to cool slightly.
  2. Measure out 2 cups of pretzel twists and 1½ cups of candy corn. Break large pretzels in half if desired.
  3. Place 12 ounces of white chocolate melting wafers and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until completely smooth (about 1½ to 2 minutes total).
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the popcorn, pretzels, and candy corn. Gently toss with your hands.
  5. Pour the melted white chocolate over the mixture in a slow, steady stream while stirring with a silicone spatula. Fold until every piece is lightly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Gently press down with the spatula.
